Data we collect

When you visit the site, we log the technical data your browser sends with every request:

• your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, city);
• your browser and operating system (User-Agent);
• the page you open, the page you came from (referrer) and the time of the visit.

Data you send through forms

• Contact form: full name, email, company name and message;
• Vacancy application: full name, email, phone, cover letter and CV;
• General application: position, description and CV;
• Subscriptions and inquiries: your email address and the details you provide.

How we use the data

• to keep the site secure and to detect and block bots and automated attacks;
• to analyse visit statistics and improve the site;
• to answer your requests and inquiries;
• to run our recruitment process;
• to meet our legal obligations.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. Cloudflare, which protects the site, may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary for security.

Bot protection (CAPTCHA)

Application forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to tell whether a form is sent by a person or a bot, and does not use this data for advertising.

How long we keep the data

• Visit logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically;
• Data and CVs sent through forms are kept for as long as needed for their purpose. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Sharing the data

We do not sell your personal data. It may be shared only with the service providers that run the site (Cloudflare — content delivery, security, analytics and CAPTCHA; our hosting provider) and with authorities when the law requires it. Cloudflare may process data outside Azerbaijan.

How we protect the data

We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration and loss, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access control and checks on uploaded files.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to its processing. To do so, write to [email protected].
