Office Manager

About the Position

· Efficiently manage and coordinate the daily operations of the office.

· Supervise the preparation, registration, and archiving of internal company documents.

· Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events.

· Answer phone calls, manage e-mail correspondence, and maintain prompt communication with clients.

· Manage and support administrative matters related to staff members.

· Monitor and ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment.

· Prepare and submit relevant reports and information to management.

· Ensure office equipment, technologies, and technical tools remain in proper working condition.

· Monitor the functionality of in-office IT equipment (computers, printers, internet network, etc.) and coordinate the resolution of technical issues.

· Supervise office maintenance, technical services, and administrative tasks.

· Professionally welcome guests and organize meetings at a high standard.

· Execute administrative tasks assigned by management accurately and on time.

· Support the organization and discipline of internal company workflows.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Education: Higher education degree.

· Gender: Male

· Age: 22–28

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office management, administrative management, or a related field.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Leadership abilities and teamwork skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative processes.

· Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.

· Ability to make оперативные decisions and solve problems effectively.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

· Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani.

· Knowledge of English and/or Russian is considered an advantage.

· Professional communication skills in accordance with corporate etiquette rules.

· Ability to work with confidential information and maintain data security.
