UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

· Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

· Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

· Conduct user research and competitor analysis to support product decisions.

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Design System and reusable UI components.

· Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.

· Participate in product ideation and decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

· At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design.

· A portfolio showcasing work on real-world digital products.

· Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Design Systems.

· Hands-on experience with user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.

· Strong understanding of UX principles for both web and mobile platforms.

· Experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in a startup or product-focused environment.

· Experience using analytics tools to support product and design decisions.

· Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.

· Experience incorporating AI tools into the design workflow.
